Hydro Victoria Africa is one of the host institutions for the CaReFoAfrica Trainee and Credit-Seeking Scholarship Program, offering students a chance to gain world-class training and hands-on experience in circular economy and sustainable aquaculture.
Eligibility and Timelines
- This opportunity is open to BSc, MSc, and PhD students.
- Applications are accepted from 15th September to 26th October 2025.
- Kenyan applicants are eligible only for placements outside Kenya.
Why This Matters
Through our partnership with Maseno University, one of the participating universities, this program will bridge theory and practice, enabling students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world aquaculture settings, including Black Soldier Fly (BSF) farming, circular economy practices, and innovative aquafeed production, among others.
